We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it perfect for our family, including our grown kids. We enjoyed the nearby attractions like the Galleria and even had a fun hot air balloon ride!

Great for Families Looking for Comfort

The staff at the hotel were amazing , especially a lady named Toyya who helped me with my elderly mother when we arrived. The breakfast options were varied and enjoyable, ensuring that every morning started on a high note.

It wasn’t cheap , but given what we experienced, still acceptable.

We had an amazing stay for the state soccer tournament, thanks to the hotel manager who helped us with our group accommodations and even arranged space for our large gathering each evening. Enjoying the indoor pool and BBQ facilities was a great way to unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was a bit of a slow drain in the shower, but it didn’t take away from our fun! 😊

the elevator was out of service. but the breakfast included great options like fresh waffles and the room was impeccably clean. staff was super friendly and ready to help the whole stay.

The room was spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. I particularly loved the comfortable bedding and the flat-screen TV with plenty of channels to choose from.

I had a lovely stay at Sleep Inn in Middletown. The room felt cozy with a comfortable bed. It was spotless, which made the experience much better. The lobby and common areas looked fresh with clean decor. Breakfast options were varied and plentiful, hitting the spot for every taste. Service staff kept everything tidy and were always friendly, which I appreciated. The only downsides were minor, the shower drain was slow, causing some inconvenience during the morning rush. Also, I encountered a bit of noise from neighboring rooms, which disturbed my sleep a bit during the night. Overall, those issues didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

The staff was incredible, especially Corina! She went out of her way to help with an emergency and organized a private space for our group. The only downside was the laundry facilities. one washer and dryer can be tricky.
